- 承诺所有服务产品均符合法律、法规、条例和相关行政管理规定。
- 《贸易单证逻辑审核》中，因我们错误导致的通关阻滞的，将退还或免收该单该项产品费用，但因客户无法、不及时、错误或不愿提供铂纳建议其提交的单证导致通关阻滞的情况除外。
- 《归类咨询》中，海关对我们确定的商品编码提出疑问的，由我们负责解释。若经过解释或化验，仍然认定我们提供编码错误而进行更改的，我们将退还或免收该单该项产品费用，但因客户提供的资料不全、模糊或错误导致铂纳确定编码错误的情况除外。
- 《价格评估》视商品情况而定，若我们难以对标的商品进行市场调研或评估，可单方决定不提供该项服务并免收费用。
- 《预审价申请》、《预归类申请》、《预化验申请》、《减免税申请》四项产品是否能成功获得申请取决于行政管理机构，我们不保证一定能够成功申请，未能获得申请的免收该项费用。
- 《解决方案策划》类的产品，未被审查机关认可或未起到实际作用的，我们将视情况仅收取工本费或免费。

- In the "Classification Consultation", if the customs raises any questions about the product code we have determined, we are responsible for explaining it. If, after explanation or testing, it is still determined that the coding provided by us is incorrect and changes are made, we will refund or waive the cost of the product on this order, except in cases where the customer’s provided information is incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect, resulting in the determination of the coding error by Platinum.
- The "Price Evaluation" depends on the situation of the product. If we find it difficult to conduct market research or evaluation on the target product, we may unilaterally decide not to provide this service and waive the fee.
- The successful application of the four products, namely "Pre evaluation Price Application", "Pre classification Application", "Pre testing Application", and "Tax Reduction Application", depends on the administrative management organization. We do not guarantee that the application will be successful, and those who fail to obtain the application will be exempt from this fee.
- For products in the category of "Solution Planning" that have not been recognized by the review authority or have not played a practical role, we will only charge production costs or free of charge depending on the situation.
